GLUCIDEX IT 19 W is a powder maltodextrin produced from edible wheat starch hydrolysis. It contains 18-19.9% dextrose equivalent and has a loss on drying of 5% max. GLUCIDEX IT 19 W meets the requirements of FCC monograph for maltodextrin. As a food-grade product, GLUCIDEX IT 19 W can be used in the food industry.
