GRANSIL IDS-5

GRANSIL IDS-5 is a translucent gel that provides enhanced aesthetics to formulations. As a volatile elastomer dispersion in Isododecane and Cyclopentasiloxane (D5), GRANSIL IDS-5 delivers excellent non-tacky, non-oily, smooth characteristics and stable delivery of active materials. The elastomer network of GRANSIL IDS-5 offers sebum absorption and control, transforming formulations into a matte appearance with a powdery after feel. It can be used across oil-in-water emulsions, water-in-oil emulsions and anhydrous systems. GRANSIL IDS-5 dispersible in a variety of oils, adding to the oil phase of all emulsion types.
