KURARAY POVAL 26-88 LV is a water soluble polymer with a viscosity of 24.5-27.5 mPa.s and a degree of hydrolysis of 87.0-89.0 mol%. It has low methanol content < 0.3%, making it suitable for personal care applications. KURARAY POVAL 22-88 LV acts as an excellent film former and adhesion promoter. It can be used to develop peel-off face masks, mascara, and other personal care products which adhere well to the skin, dry fast and can be removed in one piece. Its biodegradable nature makes it an eco-friendly choice for personal care products.
