MATTE SYN MICA DCS

MATTE SYN MICA DCS is a matte synthetic mica powder treated with Dimethicone and Triethoxycaprylylsilane. It has a composition of 97.0% Synthetic Fluorflogopite, 1.5% Dimethicone and 1.5% Triethoxycaprylylsilane. MATTE SYN MICA DCS has a loss on drying of 3.0 wt% max and pH value between 5-10. It contains less than 5 ppm of Lead, less than 2 ppm of Arsenic, less than 1 ppm of Mercury, less than 1 ppm of Cadmium, less than 3 ppm of Cobalt, less than 3 ppm of Antimony, less than 5 ppm of Nickel and less than 4 ppm of Chromium. It has a shelf life of 2 years from manufacturing date and should be stored in a dry and well ventilated area or in a warehouse, protected from light. MATTE SYN MICA DCS is suitable for providing a natural matte finish and can be used to formulate products where a smooth matte look is required without visible shine.
