PECTNERTM APC210 is a purified low methoxyl amidated pectin, extracted from citrus peel and standardised with sugars to constant rheological properties in a defined gel with 30 % SS at pH 3.1. It is used in the pharmaceutical industry primarily as a gelling agent, stabiliser, and film-forming agent.
