PREFERENZ S 110

PREFERENZ® S 110 is a premium liquid amylase for use in regular, concentrated, unit-dose laundry detergents as well as liquid, automatic or manual dishwashing products. PREFERENZ® S 110 is designed to boost cleaning performance on tough starch based soils. Starches are present in many natural and processed foods, such as puddings, custards, soups, sauces, gravies, pie fillings, and salad dressings, as well as noodles and pastas. PREFERENZ® S 110 hydrolyzes the insoluble starch found in these tough food stains into smaller oligosaccharides which can then be removed more easily from the fabric or dishes. In manual dishwashing applications, PREFERENZ® S 110 improves soaking performance and significantly reduces the need for scrubbing.
