ROYALCAST® 3101 PART B, PART B-1, PART B-60; are the B component for the ROYALCAST 3101 a two-component system that offers long pot life of 60 minutes, making it suitable for large and complex part production. As a low-pressure castable plastic, ROYALCAST 3101 PT B60 provides advantages over thermoplastics such as low tooling costs and ability to cast thick and large parts using common polyurethane casting equipment. With a moderate demold time of 180 minutes and post cure time of 16 hours, it allows for high mold turnaround minimizing direct labor costs.
