With a whiteness of 83 L* and median particle size diameters of 5.4um and 8.3um from sedimentation and laser diffraction analysis, PLASTORIT MICRO provides enhanced opacity and hiding power. Composed primarily of mica, quartz and chlorite minerals, PLASTORIT MICRO has a hardness of 2 on the Mohs scale with less than 0.5% moisture content. Its high oil absorption of 31 ml/100g and low screen residue of 1.2% at 20um make PLASTORIT MICRO well-suited for industries requiring materials with improved mechanical, optical and protective properties without compromising quality.
