RAPIDASE PRO COLOR is used in fruit processing applications. As an enzyme for food use, RAPIDASE PRO COLOR helps improve processes in the food industry. The polygalacturonase in RAPIDASE PRO COLOR can efficiently break down pectin structures, allowing for better extraction of juices and easier separation of solids from liquids in food manufacturing.
