VIBRACURE A 122

VIBRACURE A 122 is a high molecular weight polyether diol curative that can be used to cure polyurethane prepolymers. It is especially useful when blended with other curatives to obtain a range of hardnesses from a single MDI prepolymer. VIBRACURE A 122 results in softer materials without the use of plasticizer when blended with polyether TDI prepolymers. The vulcanizates produced using VIBRACURE A 122 are characterized by good tear strength, variable resilience and good abrasion resistance making it suitable for applications in the Advanced Materials industry. As a white, waxy solid, VIBRACURE A 122 needs to be melted by placing containers in a 70°C oven to become uniform liquid for processing. As a liquid, it has low viscosity even at higher temperatures, a benefit for Advanced Materials processing and fabrication techniques.
