REMYFLO C 200 is a food-grade flour manufactured from brown ("cargo") broken rice with a nutritional composition of whole-grain rice. REMYFLO C 200 is finely milled and sieved rice flour. It is suitable for food applications due to its nutritional profile and functional properties. REMYFLO C 200 contains 7.5-11.0g of protein per 100g and 6.25-8.0g of fiber per 100g. These nutritional values make REMYFLO C 200 a good source of protein and fiber for food products. REMYFLO C 200 also has a particle size distribution optimized for food applications with 600um max and 150um min particle size. Its low moisture content of max 12g/100g and low heavy metal content of max 0.25mg/kg arsenic, 0.20mg/kg lead and 0.20mg/kg cadmium make REMYFLO C 200 a safe ingredient for food use.
