VITAMIN B12 1% SD

VITAMIN B12 1% SD is a powder of Cyanocobalamin stabilized in a matrix of Modified Food Starch. It is compounded with Sodium Citrate and Citric Acid. VITAMIN B12 1% SD is designed to circumvent the difficulty of homogenous addition of low levels of vitamin B12 to foods and pharmaceuticals. This convenient product blends readily and improves distribution in premixes, dry products and liquid mixtures or suspensions. VITAMIN B12 1% SD is fairly stable to air and light, but should be protected from high humidity. It can be stored for 24 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 25°C. VITAMIN B12 1% SD is used for the production of this formulated product meets all requirements of the USP, FCC and Ph. Eur. when tested according to these compendia.
